Nors Canada is seeking an experienced Bilingual Senior CRM Analyst to enhance our IT team. You will be the functional expert for our MS Dynamics CRM platform, addressing user needs and implementing strategic upgrades. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize data processes and develop effective solutions that integrate with our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on support for MS Dynamics CRM
• Lead Change Requests and mini projects from inception to deployment
• Configure CRM entities, forms, and workflows as needed




• Design and maintain reports and dashboards for users
• Apply development skills to enhance CRM functionality

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred
• 4-6 years in IT support or CRM roles
• Proficient in MS Dynamics CRM configuration and development
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and French
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA
