L3Harris Technologies, Inc. seeks a Sr. Associate in Manufacturing Engineering, Systems – Projects (L2) to drive NPI and sustaining initiatives for WESCAM products. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and ensure robust process validation on the shop floor.
You will apply lean principles, collaborate with design and production, and own the system-level failures with a solid technical focus. Ontario-based role with competitive compensation.
