CIBC is seeking a dedicated leader for its Personal and Business Banking Team in Port Elgin, ON. You will hire, develop, and coach a team of financial services professionals, owning client relationships and fostering revenue growth.
You will be on-site full time, flexible to banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel to nearby centres as needed. You will lead by example to deepen client relationships, deliver top-tier service, and manage risk while ensuring a strong client
