The MCC-N nurses perform secondary telephone triage, assess patients, develop care plans, and assist with arranging appropriate care using decision support tools and clinical guidelines. The role requires RN licensure in Nova Scotia, BLS, and 3+ years of relevant clinical experience, with solid communication and problem-solving skills.
