You will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities and building strong employer branding.
Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions using various recruitment channels.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and define job specifications.
Manage the offer process, including background checks and employment contracts.




Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proven ability to source candidates through online platforms, social media, and networking.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
