EZ ProWear Ltd. is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager with direct uniform-industry experience.

Mandatory qualifications:

Seven or more years of B2B sales experience

At least three years in uniform or workwear sales

Proven success securing commercial uniform accounts

Knowledge of sizing, decoration and replenishment programs

Willingness to attend seminars, conferences and trade shows

Ability to travel within Canada and internationally when required

Compensation:

$80,000–$85,000 base salary

Uncapped commission

Target earnings of $130,000–$175,000+

Vehicle allowance, advantages, phone and laptop

Approved event and business-travel expenses

The position is based in Barrie, with regular travel throughout Simcoe County and the GTA.

PPE and safety-product experience is an asset.
