Join Original Composites & Fiberglass as an Industrial Mechanic in Guelph, Ontario. This full-time role focuses on preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and safety practices in a fast-paced setting.

As a permanent Maintenance Mechanic, you will support the operation of specialized equipment for fiberglass manufacture. We seek individuals with strong mechanical judgment and the ability to collaborate with teams to resolve issues. Your role will contribute to the reliability and efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance on various machinery components
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and conduct repairs
• Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems




• Execute preventive maintenance to avoid production disruptions
• Conduct cutting and welding tasks with high precision

Requirements:
• Ontario 433A Certificate as an Industrial Mechanic
• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• Minimum three years in industrial maintenance
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors
• Availability for 3 on/3 off rotating shifts
