NORCAT’s Underground Centre seeks a Manager, Surface Operations to lead maintenance and construction efforts, supervise staff and contractors, and coordinate tours and safety training. The role involves IT coordination with the head office and ensuring compliance with safety rules and regulations.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive mining/industrial operations experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in training and team management within a safety-conscious setting.
