Part-Time Sushi Chef – Scotiabank Arena (Raptors & Maple Leafs Game Days!) - Kibo Sushi

Join our dynamic culinary team at the heart of the action! We are hiring a friendly and energetic Sushi Chef to work at Scotiabank Arena (MLSE) during Toronto Raptors and Toronto Maple Leafs home games.

This is not your typical quick-paced, high-stress kitchen job. We are looking for someone who enjoys a steady, engaging pace where you have the time to interact with fans, provide exceptional customer service, and soak in the exciting game-day atmosphere. If you love crafting beautiful sushi for guests—including VIPs and players—this is the perfect part-time role for you.

What You Will Do:

- Craft & Display: Prepare high-quality sushi maki rolls for standard box displays.
- VIP Experiences: Create premium, custom sushi arrangements in elegant wooden boxes for VIP suites, specialized customers, and players.
- Customer Engagement: Take orders with a smile, taking the time to answer questions and assist customers with their sushi selections.
- Operations: Conduct daily inventory checks and provide a quick daily report to the team.

Schedule & Hours:

- Shifts: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
- Days: Shifts are directly tied to the MLSE event calendar (Raptors and Maple Leafs game days).
- This is an ideal position for someone seeking steady, exciting part-time work.
