It’s been a year and a half since we re opened the doors to the new S’wichcraft, and we’re excited about what we’re building.

After 13 years as a community favourite, we transformed S’wich Café into S’wichcraft Sandwich Co. — a renovated, reimagined sandwich shop focused on creative, gourmet sandwiches, great local beverages, and an awesome customer experience.

The espresso machine may be gone, but the flavour, energy, and community are stronger than ever.

We’re looking for a new team member to join us as we head into the fall. This is an all-encompassing role, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable jumping in wherever needed — from making sandwiches and prepping food to serving customers, taking orders, keeping things organized, and helping create the kind of experience our guests keep coming back for.

What We’re Looking For

Availability is important. We’re looking for someone who can commit to:

- At least 1–2 weekdays per week
- Weekend availability
- Morning and midday shifts
- Being flexible and willing to help wherever needed

The Role This is a hands-on, customer-facing position in our open-concept shop. Depending on the day, you may be:
- Prepping fresh ingredients and making our signature sandwiches
- Taking orders and operating the till
- Keeping the kitchen and front-of-house clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Helping with opening and closing duties
- Jumping in wherever the team needs you
- Creating a warm, welcoming experience for every customer

Who You Are We’re looking for someone who is:

- Willing to Learn — Hospitality or kitchen experience is definitely a plus, but it isn’t required. We’re happy to train the right person.
