Job Duties

· Demonstrate and instruct athletic,



fitness or sports activities and techniques· Keep logs and maintain records· Schedule activities· Supervise staff· Train staff· Ensure safety of rescuers and victims at accident scenes· Lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs· Plan and carry out recreational, fitness and sports activities· Maintain and repair sports equipment· Prepare reports· Leading/instructing groups· Leading/instructing individuals

Required Certification

- ISA Level 2 Surf Instructor Certification (required to train surf instructors).
- International Life Saving water safety certification (ILS).
- First Aid & CPR certification.
- Paddle Canada Stand Up Paddleboard Instructor certification.
- Criminal record check.
- Full Drivers License (not learners license).
