As a Registered Nurse under the supervision of the Director of Resident Care, you’ll provide essential nursing services in our non-profit care home. You will ensure adherence to professional standards while collaborating closely with Health Care Aides, LPNs, and Nurse II’s. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care in accordance with established policies
• Guide and direct healthcare staff during nursing shifts
• Maintain effective communication with co-workers and residents




• Demonstrate clinical nursing skills and critical thinking
• Ensure compliance with safety and ethical standards

Requirements:
• Active RN licensure in Manitoba or eligible for registration
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
