ETFO is seeking a passionate Long Term Occasional Teacher for Schumacher Public School with immediate start. Engage young minds while supporting both primary/junior and special education needs.

This role requires an accredited teacher from the Ontario College of Teachers. The successful candidate will possess primary/junior qualifications along with special education qualifications. The position will last until June 25, 2027, or the return of the absent employee at 0.5 FTE.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans that meet curriculum standards
• Support students' academic and emotional needs
• Collaborate with support staff and parents
• Maintain a positive classroom workplace
• Evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods

Requirements:
• Ontario College of Teachers Accreditation

• Relevant experience in educational settings.
