In this full-time position within the Human Resources department, you will drive the complete recruitment cycle. Your expertise will help shape our team's ability to attract and retain top talent through strategic sourcing, including digital platforms and market insights. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to fulfill their staffing needs while enhancing our employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse talent
• Provide sourcing and screening support for 20 requisitions
• Assist in candidate recommendations and interview best practices




• Analyze market insights to influence hiring strategies
• Promote our employer brand at networking events

Requirements:
• Minimum five years in full-cycle talent acquisition
• Proven experience with data-driven hiring strategies
• Robust sourcing skills on social media platforms
• Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
• Post-secondary diploma in HR or related field
