The Research Ethics Board & Regulatory Coordinator ensures smooth daily operations of the Ethics Office within Oak Valley Health. As a key support liaison, you assist the REB Chair and Vice-Chair, conduct preliminary reviews, and maintain compliance with ethics regulations. Your keen attention to detail will enhance the efficiency of ethics submissions and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and review research ethics submissions
• Support the REB Chair and Vice-Chair effectively
• Schedule meetings and document minutes for REB




• Perform quality assurance audits on approved studies
• Maintain filing systems and track research project statuses

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or advanced diploma required
• 2-3 years' experience in research ethics administration
• Knowledge of TCPS2, GCP, and related regulations
• Solid attention to detail and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
