Redpath Sugar Ltd. in Toronto is seeking a Process Supervisor to lead protected, efficient operation of crystallization, evaporation, pan floor and boiler systems up to yellow syrup production.
You will drive safety, training, and performance across the floor, coordinating with Powerhouse and engineering teams. The role requires strong knowledge of boiler operations, energy management, and team leadership, with 5+ years in process engineering or manufacturing.
