This role requires an enthusiastic and mature RECE with 2-3 years of experience. You'll facilitate a fun and secure learning environment, ensuring academic growth while embracing the philosophy of 'How Does Learning Happen'. Strong teamwork and independent skills are essential to support our young learners in their development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging learning plans for preschool children
• Maintain a safe, fun, and interactive classroom environment
• Collaborate with team members to enhance learning experiences




• Conduct assessment activities to monitor children's progress
• Ensure compliance with Vulnerable Sector Check regulations

Requirements:
• Valid RECE certification and current Vulnerable Sector Check
• 2-3 years experience in Early Childhood Education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic and enthusiastic approach to teaching
• Availability Monday to Friday
