Compensation
Salary of $55,000 to $75,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
Oversee and service a portfolio of personal insurance clients, ensuring tailored solutions
Prepare applications, quotes, proposals, and binders for new and renewal policies




Support business growth by assisting in acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts
Process policy changes, COIs, and endorsements efficiently
Maintain meticulous and current client records within the broker management system (EPIC)
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquires and requests
Keep up-to-date on market conditions and industry best-practices

Qualifications
RIBO License
At least 2 years' experience in managing personal lines accounts
Knowledge and familiarity with various insurer portals and underwriting guidelines
Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to details
Proficiency in Applied EPIC and ARS is a bonus
Capable of managing multiple priorities independently in a fast-moving environment
