The candidate must train staff/workers on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
The candidate must recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
The candidate will be responsible for preparing production and other reports.
The candidate must recommend measures to increase productivity and product quality.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and scheduling (and possibly reviewing) the activities of employees.
The candidate must devise methods for meeting work schedules and coordinating work activities with other work units.
The candidate will be responsible for requesting or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
The candidate must oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets.
The candidate must oversee the safety of operations.
The candidate must monitor the safety area.
The candidate must monitor safety conditions.
The candidate must arrange for shipping, receiving, and storage.
The candidate must affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments.
The candidate must communicate with other workers to coordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments.

Job Requirements The candidate should be fluent in English language.
The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
The candidate must be able to supervise 3 to 4 people.

Work setting The candidate should work in a warehouse, which can be a noisy and busy environment with hundreds of warehouse operatives, pickers, and packers, as well as many forklift truck drivers moving pallets between shelves.
Work conditions and physical capabilities The candidate must have the ability to work independently.

The candidate should be required to handle heavy loads as part of routine work.
