Job Overview

We are a growing company in the construction/architectural signage industry seeking a detail-oriented Take-off surveyor with experience working with architectural drawings, project documentation, Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and organize architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Use Bluebeam (Revu) to conduct take-offs of project scopes, including markups, revisions, and document control
- Maintain and update project trackers using Microsoft Excel & Sign Networks Internal software
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Assist with estimating support (downloading plans, organizing bid documents, tracking deadlines)
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all project documentation
- Support day-to-day office administration and communication

Qualifications

- Previous experience in an administrative role (construction or architectural industry preferred)




- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Experience with Bluebeam (markups, takeoffs, revisions)
- Robust Excel skills (tracking, data entry, reporting)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with construction software (Procore, Building Connected, etc.)
