We are seeking a passionate and skilled Tandoor Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing authentic tandoor-based dishes, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering exceptional food service to our customers. Your expertise in food preparation and cooking will help create memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook traditional tandoor dishes with precision and consistency

- Handle food preparation tasks including marinating, seasoning, and assembling ingredients

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety protocols

- Serve customers efficiently while providing excellent food service experience

- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of shortages or needs





- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld

- Assist in meal preparation during busy periods to support team operations

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly with tandoor or similar cooking methods

- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques

- Experience working in the food industry with a focus on quality and efficiency

- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting with attention to detail

- Excellent serving skills with a positive attitude towards customer service

- Kitchen experience that demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and adaptability

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
