As part of the PH HC Health Promotion team, the Health Promoter plays a crucial role in addressing local health needs and creating supportive environments. With responsibilities spanning program planning to fostering community partnerships, you will leverage your expertise to ensure effective health interventions. Your work contributes directly to enhancing the well-being of diverse populations across the Northern Zone.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with community partners for health promotion initiatives
• Plan, develop, and evaluate health programs and policies




• Facilitate public participation in health-related activities
• Build strategic partnerships and networks for cooperative health efforts
• Promote understanding of social determinants impacting health

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Health Promotion and 3 years of relevant experience
• Proven partnerships and community engagement skills
• Knowledge of health impact assessments
• Demonstrated proficiency in Public Health Core Competencies
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
