IKO Industries is welcoming Co-Op students to join their Total Rewards team, starting January 4th, 2027, for an 8-month tenure. You will manage employee communications, administer benefits and retirement plans, and assist with various HR initiatives. This role is open exclusively to current students and offers competitive hourly pay.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate benefits details to HR and employees
• Administer retirement and perks plans accurately
• Facilitate training sessions for new hires
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve service issues
• Support annual benefits enrolment and reporting

Requirements:
• Current student available from January 4th, 2027
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with HRIS systems preferred
• Detail-oriented with analytical skills
