This role involves planning, organizing, and implementing activities alongside the Active Living Manager. Ideal candidates will be compassionate and energetic, showcasing excellent communication skills while working with seniors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and implementing resident programs
• Maintain departmental records and evaluations
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff




• Participate in training for current elderly care trends
• Facilitate scheduled outings and assist with activity assessments

Requirements:
• College diploma in Recreation, Gerontology, or equivalent
• Experience working with seniors preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license for transporting residents
