• Process accounts payable, receivable, and issue vendor cheques
• Post daily deposits and general ledger entries
• Perform month-end accounting activities and account reconciliations




• Monitor credit limits and post Visa transactions
• Execute monthly accounts payable cheque run and vendor statement reconciliation

Requirements:
• Prior experience in accounting or administrative roles
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong time management skills for multiple priorities
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Outlook, and Excel
