You will liaise with health care professionals and oversee Personal Support Workers, ensuring effective communication and high-quality service in long-term care settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement AgeCare policies with the Registered Nurse
• Collaborate with health care professionals for resident care
• Notify physicians of significant changes in health




• Provide guidance to Personal Support Workers
• Participate in shift report and team communication

Requirements:
• Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario
• Strong knowledge in geriatric and rehabilitation nursing
• Familiarity with Long-Term Care Act and relevant laws
• Experience in health care teamwork and communication
• Commitment to quality and compassionate resident care
