The perfect candidate will support children aged 2.5-6 years, applying Montessori methods aligned with Canadian early years standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Co-lead a Montessori classroom fostering independence
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance student learning
• Apply Montessori principles to support child development
• Communicate effectively with students and families

Requirements:
• MACTE-accredited Montessori diploma (CASA Level)
• Preferred RECE designation in good standing
• Team-oriented mindset and passion for early education
• Experience in a Montessori setting with CASA students
• Current Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
