Sandy Bay Health Centre, within the Saskatchewan Health Authority, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Case Management team on a full time temporary basis. Duties include promoting health, educating patients, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimum care.
The position operates on day shifts with 14 eight-hour shifts over 3 weeks, and is posted until filled. Eligible for recruitment incentives may apply.
