Support meal services as a Dietary Aide under the Manager of Food & Nutrition. Prepare, serve, and maintain a safe workplace for residents while adhering to health regulations.

In this role, you will be essential to the kitchen team, assisting Cooks with food preparation and managing storage duties. Ensuring cleanliness in work areas and dining setups is crucial for providing a safe dining experience. This position requires compliance with Health and Safety regulations, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist cooks in food prep and storage tasks
• Clean equipment, dishes, and utensils used in meals
• Set up dining areas and tray carts for serving
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and storerooms
• Help with food delivery to residents and visitors

Requirements:
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in compliance with safety regulations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to attend training sessions
• Certification preferred, but not required
