Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily pickup and delivery of freight
• Manage inbound shipment ETA communications




• Communicate effectively with Drivers regarding safety and compliance
• Research and recommend solutions to meet customer needs
• Provide daily reports on service performance to the Supervisor

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in FTL & LTL transportation dispatch
• Strong knowledge of Winnipeg geography is an asset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Office proficiency with Excel focus
