COMPANY OVERVIEW Welcome! Banff Park Lodge Collection operates 3 hotel properties – Banff Park Lodge, Bow View Lodge, and Peaks Hotel & Suites. We also operate 2 restaurants – La Terrazza and Crave Mountain Grill. Staff and guests enjoy our ideal location, close to lively downtown Banff on one side and the peaceful Bow River pathway on the other.
THE ROLE Consistently provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to ensure memorable dining experiences that exceed guest expectations,
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all items are served according to company guidelines,
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring orders are correct and meet service expectations.
Maintain full knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special promotions,
Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction,
Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and elevate to management when necessary,
Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring it aligns with company cleanliness standards,
Prepare tables for current guests by cleaning and resetting as per restaurant policies,




Operate all restaurant equipment safely and efficiently, following operational guidelines,
Follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures at all times, especially when handling food and beverages,
Collaborate with fellow team members to provide seamless service and ensure guest satisfaction,
Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.
