Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to the individualized care plan directed by the supervisor
• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities




• Report changes in residents' conditions effectively
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals for residents
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information

Requirements:
• Graduate of a Personal Support Worker program
• Experience with seniors in health service settings
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to perform lifting and transferring tasks
