What you’ll do
You’ll be the person customers count on when they need help.
You will:
Support customers in English and French with empathy and confidence
Coordinate roadside assistance, including towing, tire changes, fuel delivery etc.
Listen, solve problems, and find solutions for each situation
Deliver a positive customer experience while balancing quality and efficiency
Learn new programs, build your skills, and contribute to continuous improvements
What you bring
Strong bilingual communication in both English & French and listening skills
Calm, empathetic approach to helping people
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service, contact centre or related experience is an asset

Looking for a schedule that works differently?
Along with our regular daytime and evening opportunities, we're hiring a limited number of people for our dedicated overnight team .
Overnight opportunities offer:
Consistent 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift with two set days off
Higher overnight compensation
Dedicated remote work opportunity, with occasional on-site training as required
Set schedules with no shift bidding
Opportunities to learn additional programs and expand your skills
