We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate and organized Team Coordinator to join our vibrant Early Childhood Educator team. This full time position is located in Strathcona County, just outside of Edmonton, Alberta, and offers an exciting opportunity to develop your organizational skills while contributing to a positive and effective workplace culture.

Responsibilities

- Assist in coordinating team schedules, daily site prep and ongoing mentoring to maximize efficiency
- Facilitate communication across departments, ensuring timely dissemination of information
- Support onboarding processes for new team members, including training coordination
- Maintain accurate records of team activities, attendance, and project updates using electronic records or relevant systems
- Organize and prepare documentation for meetings, reports, and other administrative tasks
- Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements and workflow enhancements




- Provide exceptional support to team members by addressing inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts promptly
- Develop professional relationships with families to ensure they are confident with their choice to send their children to our centre
- To be considered for this position, we require our candidate to have a strong understanding of the Early Childhood Education field
- Our candidate must have Level 3 Certification - please note: we cannot hire less than a Level 3 due to Licensing Requirements
- Prior solid experience working in as a Team Lead is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
