Team Lead / Shift Supervisor – Bagel Barn Burlington

Location: Burlington, Ontario

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Bagel Barn is looking for a reliable, energetic and experienced team member who has the potential to take on a leadership role in our Burlington location.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative and can help keep the store running smoothly. The right candidate will have the confidence and ability to take charge of a shift when the Store Manager is not present.

Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
- Work alongside the team preparing orders and serving customers.
- Help direct staff and keep service moving during busy periods.
- Take initiative and recognize what needs to be done without constant direction.
- Ensure daily prep, cleaning and closing checklists are completed.
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness and store standards.




- Take responsibility for the shift when the Store Manager is not present.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous restaurant, café or quick-service food experience.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is an asset.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stay organized and work efficiently under pressure.
- Comfortable providing direction to other employees.
- Dependable, punctual and willing to take responsibility.
- Availability to work weekends.

We're looking for someone who leads by example, works hard alongside the team and takes pride in keeping the store running efficiently. Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
