Duties

- Greet customers and visitors warmly, providing friendly assistance and information
- Support daily store or facility operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves or storage areas and conducting stock counts
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently, resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate team members
- Support team members during busy periods by performing various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations




- Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure environment for all
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere through collaboration, communication, and proactive engagement

Requirements

- Fast Food experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success
- Basic proficiency with technology or point-of-sale systems is preferred but not required
