CarePartners is seeking an NSWOC-certified Registered Nurse to provide wound, ostomy and continence care in clinic and home settings within the Waterloo-Wellington region. You will lead interdisciplinary teams, promote patient self-management, and deliver compassionate, evidence-based care across a broad range of wound etiologies.
You should have RN with CNO registration in valuable standing, NSWOC certification, and multiple years of wound/ostomy experience.
