Earnscliffe is seeking a Finance Specialist to manage day-to-day financial operations. This full time position requires a minimum of three years’ experience in finance or accounting, particularly in accounts payable. You'll be responsible for accurate financial transaction management while collaborating closely with the Financial Controller and Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full accounts payable cycle and prepare payment runs
• Ensure accurate coding for project expenses and credit card transactions




• Generate client invoices and support collections activities
• Process staff expense claims and manage cash transfers
• Prepare journal entries for month-end and year-end closing

Requirements:
• Minimum three years of finance or accounting experience
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Proficiency in Sage, QuickBooks, or Nexonia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
