Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 105 employees (75 drivers, 30 office/support staff)
Handle both hourly and salaried payroll processing
Track driver hours and mileage-based compensation
Process driver deductions including advances, insurance, fuel, plates, parking, and damage deductions
Maintain payroll records and employee information
Resolve employee and driver payroll inquiries
Process overtime, vacation, sick time, and statutory holiday payments
Prepare payroll reports and summaries
Assist with payroll-related reconciliations and documentation
Support payroll transition from QuickBooks Online to ADP
Prepare inventory and EFS reports as required
About you: 5+ years of payroll experience
Experience processing both hourly and salaried payroll
Strong attention to detail and payroll accuracy
Ability to work independently in a standalone payroll role
