As a CNC Machinist, you'll set up, program, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines while ensuring the highest standards of precision, quality, and safety.

What you'll be doing:

Setting up and operating CNC machining equipment

Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings

Programming and adjusting machines to meet tight tolerances

Inspecting and measuring finished parts to ensure quality standards are met

Troubleshooting machining and equipment issues

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

Collaborating with maintenance, quality, and manufacturing teams to drive operational excellence

What we're looking for:





4+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Experience reading technical drawings and specifications

Knowledge of CNC programming and machine setup

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work rotating shifts and commute to Bolton
