About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Remote Customer Success Manager to join their growing team. This fully remote position is critical to ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our client's products and services. You will build robust relationships, proactively identify needs, and drive adoption and retention. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, results-driven, and excels in a virtual, collaborative environment, acting as a trusted advisor to clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and business needs.
Drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention through strategic engagement and support.
Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting them up for success.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and usage patterns.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries,



escalating issues and coordinating internal resources for resolution.
Requirements Proven experience in Customer Success , Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to explain technical concepts.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Experience using CRM and Customer Success platforms.
