We are looking for an Associate Lawyer with at least two years of direct experience in immigration and refugee matters. The role requires managing a diverse and high-volume caseload, including refugee claims, sponsorships, and inadmissibility issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients before the IRB and Federal Court
• Prepare H&C; applications, sponsorships, and appeals
• Conduct legal research and draft detailed submissions

Requirements:
• Licensed with the Law Society of Ontario
