Your newpany Our client is a growing organization servingmercial customers throughout Metro Vancouver and is seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to support continued growth across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales qualified who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and making a direct impact on business success.

Your new role As the Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities throughout the Lower Mainland.

This is a true relationship-driven sales role that requires someone who isfortable getting out into the market, networking, meeting prospective clients, and creating business opportunities from the ground up.

You will develop relationships with property managers, facility managers, building operators, owners, and other key decision-makers while managing the full sales cycle from initial introduction through proposal development, negotiation, and close.

Working closely with internal teams, you will identify customer needs, develop tailored service solutions, prepare quotations and agreements, maintain an active pipeline of opportunities, and support the successful onboarding of new accounts.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to generate new business, develop recurring revenue streams,



and build long-term customer relationships.

What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will be an outgoing, driven, and self-motivated sales professional with a passion for business development and relationship building.

You will befortable making cold calls, attending industry events, conducting face-to-face meetings, and confidently engaging with prospective clients.

Strongmunication skills, persistence, organization, and a results-oriented mindset are essential.

Previous experience in business development, outside sales,mercial property, facilities management, construction, building services, mechanical services, HVAC, plumbing, or a related industry would be considered an asset; however, candidates with strong sales instincts, a proven ability to build relationships, and a desire to win new business are encouraged to apply. A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel throughout Metro Vancouver are required.
