resolving issues and managing expectations Bringing a continuous-improvement mindset to project delivery and best practices What we’re looking for:

3 to 5 years of project management experience A college diploma or university degree, preferably in architectural, construction or engineering technology, or equivalent work experience A proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget and within specification Solid experience developing and managing project budgets Strong risk management and problem-solving skills Advanced communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills A high degree of client service orientation Experience managing vendors and contractors Proficiency in MS Project, Excel and Outlook, and the ability to learn new applications quickly Experience in facility management, tenant improvements, owner's-side delivery or occupied-building projects is strongly preferred Candidates may currently hold titles such as:

Project Manager | Project Coordinator (Senior) | Facilities Project Manager | Construction Project Manager | Owner's Representative PMP certification or LEED accreditation, completed or in progress, is an asset. What makes this opportunity particularly compelling is the platform. Our client manages a large, diverse portfolio across government, financial services, healthcare, education, telecommunications and data centres. That means varied, meaningful projects and room to grow your career within a global organization. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of the outcome, not just the task list.
