Your leadership will ensure culturally relevant care while advancing the FNIMUI Health Framework across various health portfolios and community partners. This role is crucial in providing effective relationships and guidance in addressing Indigenous health needs and priorities within Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:



• Build trusted partnerships with communities and health organizations • Lead engagement in health-system planning and policy design • Strengthen relationships across regional and provincial stakeholders • Manage projects from concept through implementation • Develop reports and presentations addressing operational issues

Requirements: • Master’s degree in a health-related field • 3-5 years' experience in leading healthcare projects • Solid leadership and communication skills • Knowledge of social determinants of health • Experience working with Indigenous communities
