Our growing TSX-listed client is looking for a Controller to lead accounting across multiple business units.

You'll oversee a 10+ person international team through two direct reports.

Benefits: * Competitive salary and performance bonus * Medical, dental, health spending account and RRSP contributions * 4 weeks vacation days plus flex days, and learning and development opportunities Responsibilities: * Own the close and reporting process across multiple business units. * Lead general accounting, AP and AR. * Act as the main contact for statutory audits. * Improve processes, systems and controls through standardization and automation. * Make sure IFRS and internal controls are applied consistently. * Oversee cash forecasting and working capital. * Integrate acquired businesses. * Coach and develop a team spread across several locations.

The Successful Candidate:* CPA or an equivalent accounting designation * Experience leading accounting in a publicly listed, multi-entity, and multi-currency environment * Strong knowledge of IFRS, controls and revenue recognition * A record of process improvement and automation * Explicit communicator who works well with teams in different jurisdictions
