Job requirements 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a field related to skilled trades (construction, industrial, maintenance, electromechanics, welding, mechanics, etc.) (an asset); Knowledge of the skilled trades positions, including construction, industrial, maintenance, electromechanics, welding, mechanics, and related fields; Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; Comfortable using technology and recruitment platforms; Bilingualism: professional French and functional English, required to communicate effectively with our team approximately 20% of the time; Excellent communication and customer service skills; Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative; Interest in business development and teamwork.
