Our financial services client is seeking a IT Analyst IV (5+ years) to coordinate IT change management processes using Service

Now and ITIL Join a large-scale enterprise operations environment supporting technology change management activities across multiple business lines.

This role focuses on coordinating and executing IT change management processes, reviewing change records, facilitating post implementation reviews, and supporting BAU operations within an ITIL-aligned environment.

The position offers exposure to enterprise-level stakeholders, including senior leadership and AVP-level teams, within a fast-paced banking environment.

The team supports new ideas and provides broad exposure across infrastructure and operational teams.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 3 days a week Primarily Front st, but must be able to go to Creekside and Scarborough as well.

Required to be onsite at Front Street Scarborough Operating Centre or Creekside Mississauga during team meetings.





Must Haves 5+ years in IT process management within an Enterprise Operations workplace Service

Now supporting ITSM and change enablement activities ITIL v4 and knowledge of IT change management methods and procedures Technical documentation review and asset management experience Post-secondary education Nice to Have ITIL v5 certification Financial services or banking industry experience Responsibilities Coordinate and execute daily Change Management processes Review change requests for completeness, integrity, and compliance requirements Evaluate risk and impact associated with submitted changes Chair and manage Technology Change Management meetings Facilitate Change Post Implementation Review (CPIR) activities Update and present Enterprise Change Management performance metrics Coordinate technology change requests across lines of business
