Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive complex, cross-functional technology programs from planning through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of technical understanding, program management expertise, stakeholder management, and leadership skills .

The TPM will work closely with engineering, product, architecture, business, and other cross-functional teams to define program objectives, establish roadmaps, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage large-scale, complex technical programs involving multiple engineering and business teams.
- Drive end-to-end program execution, including planning, prioritization, scheduling, execution, tracking, and delivery .
- Partner with engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders to define scope, requirements, milestones, and success criteria .
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and status reporting .
- Identify potential risks, blockers, and dependencies early and drive appropriate mitigation plans.
- Facilitate technical and business discussions and ensure alignment among multiple stakeholders.
- Track program KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders .
- Manage competing priorities and drive teams toward decisions and measurable outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to established Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management, execution, and delivery processes.
- Coordinate across globally distributed teams and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders ,



effectively translating technical topics into business impact.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of overall experience , with significant experience in technical program/project management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology or software development programs .
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and contemporary software engineering processes.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies .
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to work effectively with engineering and architecture teams.
- Excellent program planning, risk management, dependency management, and execution skills.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including interaction with senior leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple programs/workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with program/project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms .

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field .
- PMP, Scrum, SAFe, or similar program/project management certification is preferred.
- Previous experience working as a developer, technical lead, solution architect, or in another technical role would be an advantage.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, data platforms, or enterprise applications is preferred.
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams and customer-facing programs.
