Job Description OCS Lead is responsible for the design, technical oversight, project delivery, and engineering governance of overhead catenary system (OCS) infrastructure for rail and transit projects in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

The role provides leadership throughout feasibility, preliminary design, detailed design, construction support, testing, and commissioning phases.

Working within multidisciplinary project environments, the position coordinates with civil, structural, electrical, systems, and construction teams to ensure OCS solutions meet project requirements, industry standards, regulatory obligations, safety requirements, and client expectations.

The role also supports stakeholder engagement, technical reviews, risk management, quality assurance, budget control, and schedule performance.

The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of railway OCS design experience, solid technical leadership capability, and experience delivering complex mainline rail, subway, LRT, or high-speed rail projects while maintaining accountability for engineering quality, commercial performance, and project execution
